A man, whom the police suspect to be involved in a brazen gunfight with another man in the community of Homestead in St Catherine yesterday was detained after he turned up at the Spanish Town Police Station to report that his Toyota Corolla motor car had been shot up.
“He went there as a complainant. Maybe he thought that the police wouldn’t know what happened, but we have information that he was involved,” a police officer, who was securing a section of Valdez Road where the shooting occurred, told the Observer.
