BEIJING—A Henan Airlines plane with 96 people on board crashed Tuesday in northeast China’s Heilongjiang province and 47 have been rescued, state media reported.
The plane crashed in Yichun city at 10:10 p.m. local time, the official Xinhua News Agency said in a brief report citing local government and airline officials. It did not say if there were any fatalities.
