It sadden me to read of the death of snooker legend ‘Alex Higgins, who suffer for years with throat cancer. He will be missed by so many in the snooker community.
Alex Higgins have give so much joy and entertainment to all that are fan of snooker, and especially during the 80’s. His flair and tenacity that he moved around the table was very entertaining. His speed leave you breathless and for me I will missed him tremendously.
The 1972 /82 champion would light up the snooker room when he walked in, fans would watch in amazement has he pot every ball.
I cannot find the words to expressed my regret at his passing, and know that the world has lost a great entertainer, and one who has contribute so much to the game of snooker, for many years.
May his soul rest in peace – we will miss you
