I understand for all the England fans and the football fans the mistake that Robert Green made is unforgivable, but for crying out loud the man is only human. Show me which one of us at sometime in our life that did not make a mistake, and sometimes the mistake is so stupid, but it it just that.
Why when something like that happens the whole world have to dissect the mistake and try and find every tiny little that could have cause the mistake.
Nobody his beating up more on themselves as much as Robert Green, and it would be nice if he is just left alone to get himself out of the hole, rather than have his private life poke and prod, just so people can justify the reason he has missed that goal.
It just so happen that the accident happens and we cannot turn back the clock and furthermore he’s not the only one to have a cock-up day, so for crying out leave the poor man alone to get on with the job, he has many more games to play and he doesn’t need a constant reminder.
Life throws us curb ball and that was is, now draw a line under the incident and let move forward, there is too much tendency to constanly keep looking back
