The current headline regarding the throat slashing of Ms Whyte, from Stirlingshire, has left me feeling sic,and disgusted. Given the fact that she was suppose to be marrying the man who police has charged with the crime.
What could possible cause a person to get so infuriated that they would resort this kind of behaviour, in that he has almost murder the mother of his children.
Irrespective of what the reasons are why the intended wedding had been cancel, don’t people know anymore how to resolve their conflict without resorting to such draconian ways.
If has neighbour reported that the couple has been arguing, this is no reason to do something as stupid and infantile as cutting her throat, and to attack her in her own home is unforgivable.
People should understand that their actions have big impact on others, there are children involved, and god-forbid, I hope she makes, she dies, it is the children in the long run that bears the scars when their parent resort to such inhuman behaviour.
He could, if convicted spend many years in prison, and what can he said to his children later down the road, what possible excuses could he gave them to justify almost taking the life of their mother.
I do not understand what is going on our society, it seems that people can no longer discuss disagreement civilly, everything boils down to violence.
Young peiple on the street, conflict knife is pulled and another life is lost, another family is left to pick up the pieces, because today’s generation don not seems to be able to verbally resolve their disagreement.
I hope for the sake of the children Miss Whyte survive her injuries, my sympathies goes out to the families.
