MONTEGO BAY, St James — A gunman yesterday shot and killed a female cashier during a hold-up at the Harley Davidson gift shop, located along the busy Gloucester Avenue here.
The deceased has been identified as 28-year-old Janice Beadle, a resident of Sun Valley Road in Glendevon, St James.
Haresh Daswani, spokesman for Harley Davidson Jamaica, said about 5:00 pm the gunman held up Beadle and another female employee at the gift shop, killing the cashier during the hold-up. The robber, he said, escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash.
