DANCEHALL artiste Ninja Man, his son and two other men who are jointly charged for murder, were remanded in custody when the appeared in the Supreme Court today.
Attorneys representing Ninja Man, whose real name is Desmond Ballentine, his son Janeille, Dennis Clayton and Seymour Samuels, were told by Justice Almarie Sinclair-Haynes that bail could not be considered because the depositions and certificates were not ready.

The judge then ordered that the depositions and certificates be served on the attorneys on or before June 21 to allow them to prepare themselves to make bail applications when their clients return to court on June 25.
The four have been jointly charged with the murder of Robert Johnson, who was shot and killed in Tower Hill, St Andrew last year.
Police alleged that the four, who were travelling in a grey motor car, drove up to Johnson’s home at Marl Road in St Andrew and fired several shots hitting him.
Ninja Man is represented by attorney Norma Linton, while Charles Ganga-Sing represents his son.
