News – Jacko ‘love child’ seeks inheritance

A WOMAN who claimed to be Michael Jackson’s love child and was seeking a share of his inheritance and custody of the late singer’s three children had her case thrown out by a LA judge.

Mocienne Petit Jackson claimed she was the child that resulted from the King of Pop, then aged 17, impregnating Dr Barbara Ross-Lee – the sister of Jackson’s close friend and R&B diva Diana Ross, TMZ reported today.

Ms Petit Jackson alleged that when she was nine years old, Jackson’s mother Katherine devised a plan to “abduct” her and sent her to Belgium to protect her son’s “reputation”.

She also said the seven people involved in her alleged abduction were later murdered.

In legal documents filed in July, she had requested a DNA test to prove Jackson’s paternity – which a LA County Superior Court judge denied overnight.

Dr Ross-Lee, who is dean of the New York Institute of Osteopathic Medicine, denied that she is Ms Petit Jackson’s mother and told TMZ she never even met the Thriller singer.

Ms Petit Jackson “is not my daughter”, Dr Ross-Lee told the celebrity website – adding that the woman is “delusional” and described the situation as completely “bizarre”.
