Oh, how proud New Zealand nationals must be today, having their country voted the most peaceful nation in the world.
Taking the title because of it’s its political stability, safety and harmonious relations with neighbouring countries. With the world becoming less peaceful in the last 12 months, with the conflict raging in Iraq, Afghanistan, the Israeli Palestine problems, how proud to know that there is still some where on Earth that one can live in peace. Irrespective of the other culture that reside in New Zealand they manage to co-habit and live very peacefully.
The rest of the world should look at New Zealand as the beacon of light that it is and try to copy whatever the policies they use that as allowed them to be given the title of the most peaceful nation in the world, and use it.
How wonderful it must be to live in a country where peace seems to reign supreme.
Today, I believe the Kiwis all over the world should be very proud of their country, and if my country was voted the most peaceful, I would find it very hard to reside anywhere else. The fact that this is not the first time that New Zealand has been given that accolade, this is the second year running that they have received this accreditation, which mean that having given it before they still manage to maintain the status quo, in order to be once again given the title.
Well done New Zealand, I hope that you will continue to be the most peaceful nation in the world, and whatever the country is doing to keep this title, keep on doing the same. I hope your shining light will beam over other parts of the trouble world and they will come to realise that irrespective of our differences we remain human beings and blowing up each other, shooting, stabbing, and just killing people for religious belief is stupid and infantile and it is time that we stop and follow your lead.
