‘McDonalds kisser’ to be deported after guilty plea

A SPANISH national who was arrested for kissing children at McDonalds outlets in New South Wales has been given a suspended jail sentence today.

A magistrate in Central Local Court today handed Jorge Lombarte, 48, a suspended 18-month jail sentence. He will be deported, the ABC said today.

He pleaded guilty to charges that include three counts of aggravated indecent assault, threatening injury with intent and having custody of a knife in a public place, the ABC said.

Lombarte “struck” at McDonalds restaurants in the Sydney suburbs of Drummoyne and Sylvania and at Cowra in the state’s central west.

At Sylvania, he touched an boy, 11, inappropriately and kissed him on the mouth while in the McDonalds toilets.

Lombarte was arrested at Sydney Airport in December after a large manhunt.

The other two incidents involved a boy, 4, who he kissed then gave a lollipop and a girl, 9, he kissed on the lips outside a McDonalds outlet.
