THE Police High Command is appealing for 26 persons, believed to be affiliated to gangs in the Kingston Metropolitan Area, to turn themselves in.
In a statement today the police said that their appeal came as security forces are about to “embark on another phase of their offensive on the crime monster”.
Police might be hoping that criminals to turn themselves in under the current circumstances. A smilier appeal was made after security forces responded strongly to coordinated attacks on police by taking control of Tivoli Gardens last week.
