17 year old Anyssia Katherine Escamilla was reported missing on May 11th.
FONTANA — An 18 year old Fontana man is under arrest, accused of murdering his 17 year old girlfriend who was three months pregnant with his baby.
Jesus Francisco Avita Jr. is being held at the West Valley Detention Center in Fontana on charges of murder, according to Fontana police officials.
Avita is accused of killing 17 year old Anyssia Katherine Escamilla of Bloomington. She was reported missing on May 11th by family members when she didn’t return home from school.
Although Escamilla’s body has not yet been found, detectives say they have enough evidence to charge Avita with murder and that he indicated that he knew Escamilla was dead. The circumstances surrounding the crime have not
