Ky. toddler gets drunk on gin and tea; stepfather charged

A 23-year-old man was arrested after his 2-year-old stepdaughter was rushed to the hospital passed out drunk.

Raymond Jackson of Crescent Springs, Ky., is charged with first-degree criminal abuse, a felony punishable by five years to 10 years in prison. He has been held at the Kenton County jail in lieu of a $10,000 cash bond since his arrest on Saturday.
