FIVE NATO soldiers have been killed in a suicide bombing in the northeastern province of Kapisa, the alliance said today, referring to an area in which mostly French troops are based.

Separately the police chief in the district of Tagab in Kapisa said that a suicide attacker had detonated in front of a French military convoy in the area, leaving “some casualties among the French forces”.
