Ne-Yo launches record label in JA

International R&B singer Ne-Yo was in Jamaica on Tuesday, June 13 with his team to launch Compound Island, his record label.

Compound Island is set to discover and represent talents in Jamaica.

Ne-Yo and his team, which included Tishawn Gayle, the singer’s manager, who is also the president and COO Compound Island, is set to host a series of parties over the ’emancipendence’ weekend in Negril, Westmoreland.

The label was launched at the Spanish Court Hotel and several Jamaican stars were in attendance to see the introduction of this new initiative.
