Police have released images of a wanted man who has been connected to a series of sexual assaults on the Yonge subway line.

The suspect has eluded authorities since May 2007, continually targeting female riders of a particular description.

He tends to approach women between the ages of 20 to 40 years old, with slim to average builds, and long, black or dark brown hair.

The man stands behind the victims on crowded trains and engages in what police loosely term “sexual acts.”

The suspect is described as an East Indian man with black, wavy hair who is between the ages of 30 to 40 years old. He stands at about 5’9” and has a medium build.

Police investigations have shown that he frequently boards the subway during the morning and evening rush hours, and is especially active at the Dundas and Queen subway stations in the morning and the Eglinton and Davis subway stations in the late afternoon.
