Another taxi driver killed

FORTY-YEAR-OLD taxi operator Berti Escoffery of Brooks Level Road, Stony Hill, St Andrew, was killed by gunmen at his home last night.

Police reports are that at about 9:20 pm, Escoffery arrived home when two gunmen entered his yard and opened fire, hitting him twice. He was taken to the Kingston Public Hospital where he died.

The Major Investigation Task Force is probing the kiling.
