Steven Seagal is accused of using former employee Kayden Nguyen as his ‘sex toy.

A former employee has sued big screen action star Steven Seagal, claiming he hired her as an assistant, but then used her as a “sex toy.”

Kayden Nguyen, a 23-year-old former model from Los Angeles, is seeking $1 million from the “Under Siege” actor, according to court papers filed Monday.

Nguyen said she responded to a Craigslist ad in February for an executive assistant for Seagal and his production company, Steamroller Productions.

When she arrived in New Orleans, where Seagal films his reality show, “Steven Seagal Lawman,” Nguyen said she quickly realized she had been hired to replace one of two “attendants” who were “available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”  Seagal, 58, asked Nguyen and another woman on his staff for a massage, court papers say. When she refused, he forced his hand down her pants and told her to “relax, we won’t do anything special tonight. I’ll save that for another night,” according to the lawsuit.

Nguyen said she tried to flee the house, but Seagal and his staff wouldn’t let her.  “I was terrified of Seagal,” she said. “I feared for my safety.” Nguyen said she left her keys and laptop behind and hopped a flight back to L.A. She said Seagal told her he was “a family man” but that his wife “wouldn’t care if you were my lover.”  Seagal’s attorney, Marty Singer, called the lawsuit “a ridiculous and absurd claim by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired.”
