Fruits Vegetables benefits and their healing power
It is a well know fact that fruits and vegetables are good for our bodies, but it would appear that many people are still unaware of their healing properties.
I have taken some time to look at, consume and document a number of fruits and vegetables that I have personally found them amazing and have incorporated them in my daily diet.
Obesity is a problem that, in my opinion we can defeat if we take the time to change our eating habits. Some might say that I am on a mission to help anyone overcome this disease. There are so many health problems associated with obesity that it is all in our interest to fight this 21st Century problem.
Let us look at some fruits and vegetables, their health benefits and healing properties:-
Health benefits: good source of fiber, vitamin ‘C’ and ‘E’
Healing power: aging, cancer, heart disease, rheumatoid and osteoarthritis
Health benefits: healthy nervous system, optimal brain functions and regular muscle growth
Healing power: strengthen immune defence, regulate blood pressure, prevent thickening of the arteries in the body.
Health benefits: high in iron, natural antacid, high in vitamin ‘B’ content
Healing power: blood pressure, cell formation, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, keep blood sugar levels up.
Health benefits: rich in vitamin ‘A’, beta-carotene and antioxidants, remove plaque and food particles
Healing power: prevents premature wrinkling, acne, dry skin, blemishes
Health benefits: relieve indigestion, boost memory, keep cell active, rich in iron, good for anemia and children, lower cholesterol.
Healing power: eyesight, colon, breast, leukemia and prostate cancer.
Health benefits: Vitamins ‘B1’ B5, and ‘C’, minerals fill with fiber and folic acid
Healing power: prevent newborns from being underweight, keep skin younger, healthy heart.
I have looked at only six fruits and vegetables that have amazing health and healing powers that our bodies could do with on a daily basis.
There are so many other fruits and vegetables that we can incorporate into our diets to help fight obesity and the aging problems all of which are natural. There are apples, beetroots, grapefruit, strawberries, tangerines, radish, cabbage, coconuts, garlic, nectarines, papaya, plums, tomatoes, watermelon, peach, spinach, cherries, string beans, cucumber, cauliflower, pumpkins pears, oranges, grapes and walnuts.
A combination of any of these fruits and vegetables is beneficial to our bodies they contain so many health benefits and if we give them a chance they will not only improve our lives, but enhance our health dramatically.
